Step: – GOT > Display More Report > Payroll Statutory Report > Employee State Insurance > Form 6

Or, GOT > Display More Reports > Payroll Reports > Statutory Reports > Employee State Insurance > Form 6

Ø After reaching by follow above step then Change Period by pressing F12 button after that ESI form 6 reports shown like that following screenshot:

Note: You can also Export E-Return of ESI challan via Tally Prime.
