How to Pass Payment Voucher Entry (Double Entry Mode) In Tally Prime
Step: – GOT > Voucher > Press “F5” Short cut Key for Payment Voucher > Ctrl+H (For Double Entry)
After Reaching the Above Step Screen will be Shown Like this following,
Pass the Entry in the Form of Dr & Cr & Fill all details about Bank Like Amount, Inst No or Cheque no (if Any):, Inst Date , Narration of Entry
Example No: 2. SBI Bank Cheque Paid for Salary, ₹ 40000
Cr- SBI Bank A/c
Dr- Salary A/c
Narration – Being Salary Paid By SBI Cheque No: 455555
Pass Entry of Above Example in Payment voucher
Press ‘Ctrl+A’ for Save this Screen
