How to Create Collectee Ledger in Tally Prime?

Step: GOT > Create > Ledger

Ø In ledger screen fill all details for Collectee ledger like,

· Name – Type name of Collectee like, I type “Anish Gupta”

· Under – Select “Sundry Debtor”

· Maintain Balance bill by bill – Set to ‘Yes’

· Is TCS Applicable – Set to “Yes”

· Buyer/Lessee type – Select your Collectee type from list like, I select “Individual/HUF- Resident”.

· PAN/IT No – Type PAN Number of to Collectee for TCS Collection according to define

rate. Like I type “ASDFG3456K”
