In Busy accounting software, you can switch between vouchers using shortcut keys. Here’s how to do it:

Open Busy Software:
Start by opening the Busy accounting software on your computer.

Login:
Log in to your Busy account with your username and password.

Select Company:
Choose the company for which you want to work with vouchers if you have multiple companies set up in Busy.

Open a Voucher:
Open a voucher by navigating to the relevant transaction or entry screen. For example, you can open a sales voucher, purchase voucher, payment voucher, or any other type of voucher.

Switch Between Vouchers:
To switch between vouchers, you can use the following shortcut keys:

Next Voucher: Press the F6 key to move to the next voucher entry screen. This key will typically take you to the next voucher of the same type (e.g., the next sales voucher).

Previous Voucher: Press the F7 key to move to the previous voucher entry screen. This key will typically take you to the previous voucher of the same type.

List of Vouchers: You can press F8 to open a list of vouchers available for the selected voucher type. From there, you can choose a specific voucher to open.

Please note that the specific shortcut keys may vary depending on the version of Busy you are using, and your organization’s customization of the software. If the standard shortcut keys are not working, refer to the software’s documentation or check with your organization’s IT administrator for any custom shortcuts that might be in place.
